Terms of Use

SporAidat helps sports schools manage student and guardian relationships, groups, sessions, attendance, announcements, fee records and school reports. Available features depend on your role and the school’s access. Give accurate information, protect your sign-in details and tell us about suspected account misuse.

Anyone acting for a school must have the school’s authority. The school is responsible for assigning appropriate access to its staff and families. A parent or guardian must be authorized to act for a child. Children’s records should be handled only for an authorized school or family purpose.

Lesson, training and school fees paid by a parent or athlete belong to the relationship between that family and the school. SporAidat may record these amounts and show notices, payment reports or receipts, but it does not provide the school’s lessons or set, collect or refund those fees. Contact the school about the amount, due date, payment method, dispute or refund.

Uploading a payment report or receipt does not by itself prove that a payment was made or accepted. The school checks payments against its own records. We do not promise that the app stores card details or that every school uses the same payment provider.

Access to the SporAidat platform may depend on a separate subscription or other commercial arrangement purchased for the school by its authorized owner or administrator. This subscription is for school-management software; it is not a lesson fee owed by a parent or athlete to the school. A school subscription is offered with the scope, period and price shown at purchase. Store sales and payment options may not always be open or available in every country.

For a subscription offered through Apple’s App Store, the price is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and renews automatically for the period shown on Apple’s purchase screen. To prevent renewal, cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings before the renewal date. Apple sets the current cancellation steps and any rules that apply in Türkiye. Deleting your SporAidat account or school does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. The price and term are those shown by Apple at the time of purchase. If Google Play or another method is offered, that store’s purchase, renewal and cancellation terms apply.

When school access ends, new management actions may be restricted. Access to past school records and deletion of closed-school records follow the Privacy Notice and any mandatory retention obligations. Contact us for help with the platform subscription; store charges and refunds are handled under the relevant store’s rules.

Sportschooll organizes and sponsors the school competitions shown in the app. The eligibility requirements, category, physical venue, date, match rules and prize details published for each event apply to that event. Participating schools, players and guardians should review them before applying or taking part. Event details, venue, date, eligibility or prizes may change for organizational reasons; the event page will carry current information.

The competition screens show approved school and team names, fixtures, scores and standings only to signed-in users who can access that competition. A result is final after both participating schools confirm the same score. For a dispute or a closed school, an authorized organizer may make a reasoned decision and record it. In-app fixtures and results do not replace the organizer’s rules for the physical event.

Apple does not organize, endorse or sponsor Sportschooll competitions. Prize details and delivery conditions vary by event and are stated in that event’s information.

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not:

The school is responsible for the accuracy of the student, guardian, session, attendance, fee and document information it enters, and for entering it with proper authority. SporAidat processes those records to operate the service and enforce permissions. Schools should review and export their own records when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every record replaces the school’s own official books.

We may update, temporarily suspend or remove features for security, maintenance, legal requirements or product changes. If we need to restrict access because of account security or use that violates these terms, we will act as required by applicable law and the circumstances.

The licence for SporAidat downloaded from Apple’s App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a separate app-specific licence is provided. These service terms do not replace that licence. Apple is not the organizer or sponsor of Sportschooll competitions.

Read our Privacy Notice for information about personal data, the roles of the school and SporAidat, deletion requests and retention. You can request account deletion in the app or on the web. We process a request within 15 days. Closed-school records are deleted or anonymized after 15 days; records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained for that obligation. Contact the school as well about a parent’s or athlete’s school-fee records.

We may update these terms when the service or our obligations change. The current version will appear on this page with a revised update date. Where appropriate, we will notify you of significant changes in the service or by email. Use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated terms; if you do not accept a change, stop using the service and you may request account deletion.
