How does the balance work?
For each sample row, the remaining balance is the fee minus the discount and payment. The formula is visible in the spreadsheet after opening the CSV.

This is not the student import template
This file is a tracking spreadsheet with example data and a balance formula. SporAidat’s student-import template uses different columns and validation rules. Do not upload this sample in the import flow; download the current import template from the student-import page in the panel.

Replace the sample data
Student labels, periods and amounts in this file are examples only. They do not identify real students. Limit access to your own working files and avoid adding personal data you do not need.
